I have a patch of pigmentation on my face, just across the top of my cheekbones on both sides, it was exasperate during pregnancy and has now remained!

I think a peel is the best way to get rid of it

I’ve got some hyperpigmentation and it’s a pain to deal with - I’ve had good results with laser but you need to be very consistent with sun block.

I suffered badly in my 30s and did lots of research. I basically stopped using any acids or vitamins in my face cream and swapped to natural products and factor 50 every single day .

Factor 50 everyday as others have said. In terms of helping to fade existing patches, the main 2 ingredients needed are hydroquinone and tretinoin. They are prescription strength so you'd need to see a derm or use a service such as Skin & Me or Dermatica. It can take a while to see results but worthwhile.
