Sandals for UGLY feet

Can anyone recommend? No sling backs and perhaps cross or peep toe-ish so toes are more hidden.

Sandals are for any sort of feet. None will notice. I'm on holiday at the moment and many people are wearing sandals. I haven't noticed any of their feet at all. Get a pair that you like and are comfortable. That's all that matters. My favourite sandals are my Birkenstocks.

How about espadrilles to cover your toes?
My feet always look miles better with some moisturiser and polish on my toes.

You'd be amazed at the effect of a really good pedicure, embarrassing though it is. Agreed that a few days or weeks of regular moisturiser and polish and shaving help a lot. My feet are an absolute disaster area and I'm in my 50s so I wear Hotter Sol sandals without shame, in silver and gold.

By and large, feet are ugly.
I agree with @ApolloandDaphne to get a pair that are comfortable.
I personally prefer chunkier sandals for my wide hobbit feet following the same theory that a big bag makes you look smaller.

I’ve dystonia in my right foot so I’m looking for something too 😩 I have the added issue that my big toes go upward which would wear through an espadrille within a week.

If you have very hard skin and get a medical pedicure the hard skin just comes back. I don't think a pedicure would make much difference if you have problems with your feet.

Gwenhwyfar · 30/04/2022 10:01

I have terrible hard skin that is always there because of the way I walk, plus really ugly toes and a bunion!

Menorcan sandals, Palmaira are great if you don't like your feet and so many colours and patterns. Any sandal where they come more forward over the toes, if anyone sees any let me know too!

KirstenBlest · 30/04/2022 14:54

Menorcan sandals here too. Nails don't really show in them

I look after my feet but they are wide and one of my big toe nails has been missing since I was a teen. So I like closed in sandals. I bought 2 pairs of chunky ones from new look, cream and black pair. Sorry can't upload photos for some reason from the app so will post soon as can. I wear chunky shoes and boots anyway. I long for dainty feet but just not happening 😕
