30 minute body pump exercises

I’m in desperate need to add some exercise into my daily routine. I’m a bit clueless, to be honest and no idea what’s good and what isn’t.
Can anyone recommend any tested, tried and loved videos on YouTube (or elsewhere).
Thank you

There's a free 30 minute Les Mills Body Pump available on youtube

I like eleni fit on YouTube, there are varying levels of intensity etc. I live it because she doesn't talk!! And there is a preview of the next move so you can work out what's happening

Or if you fancy something a bit more cardio

I love Juice & Toya for strength workouts, Caroline Girvan is also excellent. Andrienne for yoga. Brian Syuki for indoor walking workouts. Fitness Blender is also a good channel and I use them for kettlebell workouts.

Absolutely love body combat. I've pinched a load of old discs from a friend who is an instructor. Love a bit of kitchen combat 😊

Why don't you download the Les Mills on demand app and do some of the routines on this? It's soooo good. I started it in the first lockdown and haven't gone back to the gym since! There's thousands of classes with a massive variety-Bodypump (weights), Bodybalance (yoga type), Bodycombat (martial arts type workout to great music) Grit (HIIT training), Bodystep, Bodyattack (feel good cardio), 3 different types of spin workouts, Barre, Bodyjam (dance) and loads more.
The music and production is great. Only around £8 a month. Most classes are either 30 or 45mins. I love it as you can just slot it into your day at whatever time suits.
