Extra long school gingham dress

Has anyone found extra long school summer dresses in stock, for age 11?

My skinny and long legged dd wants one, but anything long enough is hugely baggy on the top half. It needs to be blue gingham
and have a skirt full enough to allow sitting cross legged and lots of running around.

My friends daughter is very tall and she buys the gingham fabric and makes them as her daughter is 10
But age 11-12/12-13 (which seem to be the biggest as secondary kids don't wear them) are the right length but far too much fabric in the body

These Asda ones with the belt have very full skirts.

What about a playsuit?

If I could sew, that would be the solution. But I can’t, and the M&S extra long ones seem to be permanently out of stock. I was hoping somewhere else did them, but haven’t been able to find any.

If those came in extra long, they would
be perfect.

dd doesn’t want a playsuit, she wears shorts sometimes but says on really hot days a dress is cooler (and I agree).
