Yet another wedding one!

I’m looking for suggestions of what to wear over this dress for an early June wedding.

Weather could go either way and I hate being cold.

I’m considering a bright pink or green blazer, but I’m not sure if that’s a bit dated?

Thanks 😊

No idea sorry, but that is a lovely dress!

If it was me, I'd wear a pashmina but I'm probably old fashioned. 🙂

Billandben444 · 28/04/2022 16:33

Or one of those very short cardigany things that either tie at the front or have one button? I'd pick a pashmina but then I'm out of touch.

I personally would go for an oversized blazer, worn open, rather than a pashmina or shrug, something like this

I think green would work better than pink, which could be abut matchy matchy

MrsFionaCharming · 28/04/2022 22:05

Thank you for the suggestions.

I definitely want something more substantial than a pashmina because I feel the cold, and huddling under a pashmina isn’t very stylish 😂

that Zara blazer is nice, I’ll do a search to see if I can find anything similar but cheaper. The dress cost me £7.50 on Vinted, so a £60 jacket seems like overkill!

Agree with @Bobbybobbins re going for green rather than pink.

Lush, agree in green would be perfect

I would do. I think the dress needs to be the main event upfront - a blazer drowns and hides it.
