What kind of jacket/cardigan for this?

Hello ladies!

I’ve found this dress which I really like, we have a few weddings this year and I think I could wear it to work too if I dress it down.

I am however not great at putting outfits together. Does anyone have any advice for what kind of jackets or cardigans would work well with it and be warm!

That's beautiful I love it .. you could get away with any colour in the original dress as long at it's a short jacket so it sits above the pleats. If it was me I would play it safe and go cream because I know I could team that up with other outfits. I think anything other than short though won't do it justice . Could you get away with a very light sheer shoulder cover up ? That could work well I have loads of those to give a bit of cover but not mask the dress
