Balayage whilst pregnant

Hi there,
Hope you are all good!
This is my first post on here, it has probably been asked loads before but I am still trying to navigate the site.

I'd like to have a hair appt for balayage, I will be 12 weeks pregnant by then - is this ok?

I guess just have good ventilation to avoid feeling sick?

Dyeing your hair is fine, but if your sensitive to smells then definitely open a window. That would be the same pregnant or not. Are you feeling especially sensitive to smells?

Balayage is fine, especially since the colour doesn’t touch the scalp. If you were to have a root tint then you’d need a patch test as sometimes your skin reacts differently to things when you’re pregnant.

In a nice airy salon you’ll be fine, I’ve had my highlights done a few times since being pregnant and been fine each time, but then I’ve had a fairly easy pregnancy. Just make sure you have plenty of water and eat something before you go.
