Bra help

Trying to find some bras that fit. I have some old Freya 32F’s that fit, and some that don’t. I’ve bought some cheap 32f and 34f bras recently from other shops and whilst the cup size feels right on both, they are both uncomfortable and tight on the band. But I can still fit at least two fingers under at the back when they are on, and pull them away from my body a little bit. So why do they feel so tight and uncomfortable?

I just went on boob or bust and did all the measurements - standing, leaning etc. Their calculator said 32g.

So is the F cup size actually too small or do I just need to increase band size. Does that mean changing the cup too? What do I need? I’m so confused and there is nowhere local that does decent fittings

try the band backwards. If it feels less tight then yes the cup size is too small.

Ok tried that and yes it feels a bit less tight! So what size do I need band and cup?

you tried 32 band? Go for 32G then as BoB recommended
