Recommendations needed for good everyday supportive underwear

I'm looking for recommendations for good everyday supportive underwear/knickers for a post c-section (10+ yrs ago) body. I'm an apple shape and have the dreaded c-section apron fold. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

ASDA undies are really good, and inexpensive.

they do shapewear as well as big knicker multipacks

Believe it or not, Primark's shapewear range is really very good.

Thanks for replying. Will take a look today. I really need something to smooth out the lumps and bumps, especially when I'm wearing jeans or trousers.

For me, to be comfortable you need something that will hold your tum, it should feel like a hug, not compression, but where you are able to sit down comfortably, so I would suggest not going uber high. If you do, it also makes life difficult when you go for a wee. The following are comfortable for me and the thong back is comfortable. But we are all different shapes so may not suit all.
Sadly, manufacturers seem to think that shape wear should not come in colour. You can have any colour you want as long as it’s white, black or beige. To me the latter looks as if I have a cardboard crotch.

I know you have specified for jeans or trousers but if you are looking for something to wear with a fitted dress, I have recommended these in the past (I have 2). You wear it with your own bra.
