Wedding outfit

Good morning,

I have been invited to a wedding in summer. I'm currently a size 22/24 which I will work on but lockdown, two pregnancies close together and so on haven't helped.

I just had a baby so still got a tummy and big boobs. I do like my waist though.

I am wearing nursing bras and may need boob access during the day. Dress can't be strapless or have a low back as the bra would be on show then.

I've not been to many weddings before, so not quite sure what I'm looking for yet. I found some nice dark blue dresses but not sure that works in August? Also don't want it to look too much like a bridesmaid of course. It's a church wedding so if shoulders aren't covered I may need something on top too?

I like the second one, it's multicoloured not white.

I think any apart from the first one would look great. First one is a bit too bridesmaid

I really like 3 or 4. I wore one similar to 4 for a May wedding and jazzed it up with a teal shrug and colourful necklace

Thank you @GettingStuffed , glad you think it would be ok. I don't know the bride well and don't know what she's wearing so I wasn't sure about that.

@curlycat thanks! Do you think number 1 would look too bridesmaid in coral or purple too?

@Greatoutdoors thanks! I do like the look of the navy dress, just wasn't sure with it being August. Colourful accessories may work. Although I really like the pink one too!

I really like the first dress, the silouette is great. But you need to cover your shoulders for the church

I cannot see any bridesmaid things in this dress. Just a beautiful dress for a beautiful woman

@superdupertruper thanks, I do like the pink, coral or purple one but think coral may be my favourite.

@Corty02 thanks, I think that silhouette would work for me and hide my tummy a bit. What would you suggest over it? Also any preference for colour? I'm quite pale

I like dress 1 in coral pink. The light colours do look bridesmaidy.

I was about to post a picture of the lovely pink beach dress another poster is considering to wear to an upcoming wedding. But I thought better of it.

I like 3 & 4. I'd jazz the navy one up with some bright accessories and shoes. That's the beauty of Navy, it can always be jazzed up!

@KimikosNightmare yes. As I said in my post, it's a beach dress. I was being sarcastic about appropriate wedding attire.

I think that mint or coral pink will suit. But mint is more preferable

Two is just lovely, perfect for the time of year and I think would flatter your body type.
