Dear Stylish Mumsnetters, I've got a screenshot of a dress on Asos from the 15th March this year - it seems to have vanished and I can't find it anywhere anymore. I've also stupidly managed to screenshot only the image without any label or description information - please can anyone help? Many thanks in advance for your time.

Unfortunately it just directs you back to ASOS where it says out of stock. Hope you find it

Thank you everyone - I'm so happy you've helped identify the dress, and the tips for trying to get my hands on one - at least I now have the keywords to search! I've spent fruitless days looking through generic white smock dresses but got absolutely nowhere, until now! I will set up an ebay alert and browse the usual Depop etc. and fingers crossed something turns up. Thanks again for your help!
