Waterproof eyebrow pencils and lips

Can anyone recommend a waterproof eyebrow pencil or product?
I have fairly sparse eyebrows and feel so much better with them filled with a pencil/make up to give them shape and definition. I am due to go on holiday so want something waterproof for when by the pool or on beach.
Tinting before going away only lasts for a short while as it wears off the skin and leaves just the hairs tinted (of which I don't have enough)

Also wondering about a waterproof liptint of some sort

I really like goof proof by benefit. I use it everyday. I've just checked the packaging and it says it's waterproof
