I have been looking for one since one I had in cotton was stolen. I'd prefer grey / khaki / neutral colour but I'm not terribly fussed. It's the shape I want. Short, no (or not very noticeable) pockets.

I'm a 12/ 14 but probably 14 as I have broad shoulders.

I really like the John Lewis one.

OP I think the cord one you like is fine. It is casual but I can't see any jacket in that style being anything but casual. It's very neat and simple so less casual than a denim jacket
