Fine hair that gets greasy quickly help

Hello! As the title says, I have very fine hair that has always gotten greasy quickly. I've tried so many products but I still can't get more than 1 day out of a wash - I washed it this morning, tomorrow it will be greasy but ok with dry shampoo but that's it, Tuesday it will have to be washed.

Has anyone ever found anything that might mean I can go more days?! I tried not washing it as people say that it worked for them as a reset but it did nothing for me.

Thanks!!

Christophe Robin cleansing paste has been a game changer for me. I can go three days without washing instead of one and a half before I look like a greaseball.

Mine is the same OP...I wash mine every day...because it just looks and feels so much better 🤷‍♀️ (at a VERY push, if I'm actually not going further than my own garden on a weekend, I might leave it for one day...but even that makes me feel grim😟)

Sorry...no help...but I do understand your frustration at having this type of hair 😫

(I once made the mistake of having a gorgeous fringe cut in...looked amazing...for all of half a day! By lunch time it was so greasy hanging there on my forehead 🤦‍♀️)

@SpringIntoChaos totally feel your pain, I did the same with the fringe, it took sooooo long to grow it out 😭

I've just been talking about this with a hairdresser, she suggested lemon juice, I'm yet to try it but I think I will.
I have the same problem and have a side fringe that looks like it hasn't been washed in a week at the end of an 8 hour shift 🙈 if I get time I use dry shampoo so it looks better even if it feels awful, I've also been known to wash my fringe midway through a 14 hour shift - in anti bac soap because it's all that's available and actually it held the grease at bay for a little longer, daren't wash my whole hair in it though or do it too often!
