Is there such thing as a website or an app which tells you when online retailers have updated their website to show what's 'new in'?

Or is there a particular day when online retailers update their 'new in'? Like how cinemas have new releases on a Friday.

The sort of online retailers I'm taking about are any really from H&M and Zara to Cos and Arket.

The only reason I ask is because I feel like I'm always late to the party and when I finally get chance to browse it's all out of stock.

Don't know if there's an app for things being new in but having supplied high street retailers with garments for many years, and by simply doing a lot of online shopping myself, I know that you need to shop out of season if that makes sense. So start looking for coats in late summer. Bikinis end of winter/early spring. If you start looking for something in season, often the best bits are already gone. Remember, retailers are planning Xmas 2022 in the summer for example. Stuff for this spring was designed at the end of last year and delivered to the shops a few months ago.

Also, keep in mind that it never hurts to look early (before the season starts) because if the new stock hasn't arrived yet, they will often have last year's stock on sale; so if you don't mind wearing last year's trends, you can find some bargains.

I have a bookmarks folder on my work laptop, bookmarking the New In pages of all my favourite shops.
My first job of the day 🫢 is to go onto all of these sites and have a quick nosy at anything that's new before I start work

Many sites allow you to enter your email for stock alerts. The likes of Zara are processing returns constantly, so if it’s something you really want check back multiple times a day.
