I have quite involved nighttime/ daytime beauty routines for my face/hands/feet, but have been meaning to start dry body brushing and body moisturisation. Despite feeling I could benefit greatly from these two things, I have zero motivation.
How do you start and sustain new beauty habits? I shower in the evening, which is when I would like to ideally dry brush, then shower, then moisturise before bed. Is there a way to trick myself into doing it? Or nudge myself in the right direction?
