Wide leg trousers

I'm looking for some nice wide leg trousers in a colour that isn't black, grey or camel, to wear for an afternoon party. Maybe linen, but not quite so casual. Where in the winter I might wear black jeans and a nice top, I need a spring alternative. There are some nice ones in Reiss, but that's not my budget. Has anyone seen anything? I just want a step up from casual and don't know what I'm looking for. Can anyone suggest where to look?

If you search on M&S they have quite a few - varied colours and prices. I've got a lovely silky pair but they were last year's 🙄

Roman have a few , in several lengths. I have a grey pair from years ago.

I have these khaki ones from M and S. They look a lot more expensive than they are; perfect semi-formal. Yep M&S. I've got black ones but they come in lots of colours. Elastic aged waist also so you can overindulge if necessary

River Island have some lovely white ones

Some white ones caught my eye in & other stories today, but I was on my way out so only glanced at them quickly, if I'd had more time I might have tried them on.

I've just bought two lovely pairs of wide legged linen trousers from M&S, one white and the other navy. I'm very pleased with them.

Jigsaw ? Got some lovely white herringbone linen ones last year

I picked one black linen from m and s but didn't look that great but then went to next and got a navy blue pair of linen wide leg in petite that fit perfectly and made my bum look pert for a change!
