I have had my implants for 14 years; I've never been fully happy with them for a number of reasons and now feel it's time to wave goodbye to them.
I've searched for surgeons but the internet is peppered with adverts and found very little real stories so...good surgeons, real stories, real result information would be so useful, including average costs in the uk, uplift details etc.....I feel I need to make an informed decision and am finding it difficult to get the information I'm looking for. I hope I can save the money for December this year...please help
