Tattoo & Piercing addictive

Anyone else feel that after they got 1st piercing or Tattoo they can’t stop planning the next one or three??? Think at 44 I’ve gained confidence to take control of my own body.

I’ve a long wish list for both piercing & Tattoo
piercings:
conch
shein men x 2 each ear
3rd lobes
Forward helix
tragus right ear

tattoo:
left thigh
recover pelvic tattoo
left hip to rib
foot
side boob
ankle

what you all planning?

yeah I’m addicted to piercings too!

I have 12 in my ears and I’m planning a conch, rook and a stacked lobe on my left ear and a triple forward helix on the right. I have to wait for my daith and flat to heal first.

Am seriously considering paired nostrils too…

It takes a lot of time and money though, there are cheaper habits!

Yes they are addictive.

I have 15 ear piercings, one nostril piercing and 9 tattoos.

I would love a forward helix and maybe a flat. I am designing a tattoo to go on my arm at the moment.

At one time I had a conch and daith in one ear and a double rook and double snug in the other one.

I've since retired the daith and the double rook but I may yet have the rooks redone.

Piercings

Daith, possibly both sides to see if it helps with migraines
Maybe anti Tragus or tragus (after Daith has settled)
I would like either a single surface piercing or a double end bar either in crows feet or anti eyebrow.
Am going to get my belly button Pierced. Always wanted it but always had a round belly. I've accepted that won't change so just going to go for it now!

Tattoos
I have a whole sleeve, back piece, and one side all planned, a thigh piece planned, some extra stuff for one on the other thigh, and so desperate to get started. I am also considering some on lower abdomen to cover some scars and stretch marks. I've been designing the big piece for my back, side shoulder and one arm sleeve for ages now but not quite got it perfect. I will probably start on my back, but it will be 50% of my upper body I think, a bit more if I do my lower abdomen. The ones I have at the moment are quite big but covered completely when I wear bumuda length shorts and a t shirt, so this will be a big thing.
Just got to save up the cash now! I have a lot of scars and stuff on my body, so for me this is what I want to do to embellish myself and be a work of art

With tattoos I think less is more. I have a small one on my shoulder. it is bespoke and it was designed for me by an artist. She was very special to me so it means a lot and I wouldn't want to "dilute" it with anything else.

With piercings, I have 3 piercings in my earlobes. I have tried to go for a pierced navel twice, but on both occasions the body rejected it and it caused a few minor problems. I would dearly love to have my nipples pierced but I don't have the courage. Apart from the naval issues above which I'm concenred migh re-occur, I'm told that movement inside your bra and/or top can make the helaing difficult.

When I was young, I made a tattoo between my boobs - it is a star. Want to cover it with smth beatiful.

I'm planning to get more piercings in my ears, not too many though, one rook (I think) and then another lobe in the other ear, but I am taking my time deciding. I'd really have liked a tragus piercing but don't think that bit of skin is big enough on my ear for it to look good.
I have a tattoo that I regret but still not decided what to do about it many years later. If I liked it I would probably have one or two more by now so I guess I am more cautious in this.

I recently had second and third lobes done, and daith piercing, they would only do four pirercings in one go (rightly so). I have planned my last ones, two helix, one contraconch and one tash rook which I'll do over two sessions. I love Maria Tash earrings so I expect I'm going to have to take out a mortgage to fill all those holes in!

I have two new tattoos I want (thigh and wrist) and three others I want redoing but not had much thoughts (or funds) to do any yet.

I love my daith, might try helix again, I could never heal them.
I've booked consultation about tattoo cover up and new tattoo for next week. Nervous & excited.
Anyone any advice on what's important to ask tattoo artist??

I'm having a small tattoo covered up by fine flowers with a few leaves across my lower stomach/pelvic area & up my side a bit.
Trying out temp tattoos at min for other tattoo ideas. Really loving one I have on thigh at min. Have one on my breast of flower & wee swirls which is super cute & sexy. Seriously considering getting it done, wee hidden secret for me & hubby.

That sounds lovely, I like the idea of temporary ones to try them out.

I have a geometric bee design I want on my wrist, and a stag and deer design to represent me and my husband on my thigh. And then my others redone but I would need to work alongside a tattooist to figure those out I think. Sadly I just don't have the time, but as the bee one is fairly small and delicate I probably could get that one done quite easily with an hour or so spare if I can get childcare.

Hopefully u get the time soon to get ur bee done. I'm excited but nervous for Mondays tattoo, wanted to cover up this small tattoo for ages. None of my family or friends have tattoos or piercings, if they knew I was thinking of tattoo on my breast they would say it's trashy etc. I just want it to be my hubby & I sexy wee secret. Lots of people don't understand the feeling of wanting another piercing or tattoo.

Another piercing ticked off, got left helix, wanted a double but pierced said no as I've had problems healing my last helix better to just do 1 first to see how I heal.

I've recently had my third lobe piercings done and I was back at the piercer today as the back of the left one had got imbedded in my ear. Thankfully it's all sorted now.

I've got my helix pierced but I'm a ridiculously slow healer and it's still not fully healed after a year! I also want my tragus and daith done but can't as I wear EarPods for work. I've had my navel done twice now and it hasn't healed but I might try once more with a floating piercing rather than a normal one. The problem is finding clothes that won't rub!

I want another tattoo but can't decide what or where at the moment.

Hopefully ur 3rd lobes will heal quickly. My daith has practically healed after getting repierced about 6wks ago. I'm hoping this helix heals or I'll give up on the idea of his & maybe get double flats on left ear & poss forward helix with single flat on right.
What tattoos do u have?

ive got 14 various piercings and 10 tattoos currently. hoping to get booked in after my broken wrist heals to get my next ink and once the piercings ive just had done have healed im off for the other ear to be done :)

OneLittleLady Are all your piercings on ur ears? I'd really love to get nipples done but don't want them visible to others, big boobs & don't want to have to wear padded bra all the time. Getting more excited about my tattoo on Monday & planning to discuss two others while there. 1st tattoo at 40 & would have had more by now but covid delayed things.

Wow, that's really quick for your daith to heal! This is my third attempt at a helix and while it goes crusty every so often it's doing better than the previous ones. I had a flat done but had to have it removed as it migrated. That was during mask wearing though. I'd love a forward helix, but I think it would get caught up in my hair. How do you sleep when you have fresh cartilage piercings in each ear?

I've got Thumper from Bambi on my hip. He was my first ever tattoo and definitely not something I would choose now! I keep thinking about getting him covered up but I'm sort of attached to him. I've also got a black outline of Mickey and Minnie Mouse on my stomach to remind me of the best holiday DH and I have ever had. Again possibly not one I'd choose now but it does have happy memories. My final one is three pink and purple roses on my lower back. it was done to cover up an old one and ended up having to be a lot bigger than I expected and took a lot of getting used to - I was googling tattoo removal after the first session!

I'd love this tattoo but really don't think I could stand the pain!

I'd like a tiny wild flower, all in pastel colours inside my wrist, or somewhere hidden. I don't have any tattoos.

I did have a navel piercing some 20+ years ago, but I took it out and now it's healed (presumably) but you can see the hole where it was. Could that be repierced does anyone know? I think I'd like to have it back.
