Middle one, but it would better if it’s the same thickness as the band on your engagement ring. They are pretty easy to have made and usually quite reasonable.

DisforDarkChocolate · 22/04/2022 19:24

The middle one for me.

Sexnotgender · 22/04/2022 19:25

I personally prefer the plain one.

Puffalicious · 22/04/2022 19:28

Third. Simple and classy and o like the contrast.

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 22/04/2022 19:28

I prefer the third one, the other two are too much bling for me. The plain one showcases your engagement ring best.

WhereIsMyGlasses · 22/04/2022 19:34

Middle is beautiful

ZwayLo · 22/04/2022 19:40

I prefer the middle one as well.

Poppins2016 · 22/04/2022 19:49

I think none of them are quite right (and if they were, you wouldn't be asking...)

I'd go with a thin eternity (half or full) to match the width of the engagement ring, or a plain band to match the width.

Ireolu · 22/04/2022 20:05

Middle. Looks nicest and most balanced. Congrats on upcoming wedding

KittenKong · 22/04/2022 20:13

Well they are all very pretty… I guess it depends on what you prefer when wearing it on its own.

I like very very simple metal - so my wedding ring was made to fit around my engagement ring (which I just don’t wear anymore) and it looks quite elegant on it’s own (it’s a plain band but with a knife edge - so a bit unusual).

anyways - congratulations (they are all lovely).

isthismylifenow · 22/04/2022 20:15

Congratulations.

I prefer the 3rd one.

BridesmaidPanic · 22/04/2022 20:17

Middle one fits better.

If you’re down south (Hants, Bucks, Berks, Surrey way) I’d recommend Goldfinger Rings. They come to your home with lots of different rings to try or can make something bespoke to fit.

They made our wedding bands. Both are platinum, mine with a couple of small diamonds in and DH’s in a brushed finish. Both rings were less than £1,400. We wouldn’t have got one platinum ring for that on the High Street.

(Beautiful engagement ring by the way!)

pussycatlickinglollyices · 22/04/2022 20:18

Personally, I prefer a plain wedding band (for me anyway).
The first one is stunning, so that would be my choice.
The second one doesn't seem to sit properly with your engagement ring to me.

Girlintheframe · 22/04/2022 20:18

Middle

CamMitch · 22/04/2022 20:18

I prefer the middle one.

UhtredsLatestPaganHussy · 22/04/2022 20:19

I must be a bloke as they all look the same to me.

LadyPoison · 22/04/2022 20:20

I think you need to go on looking. None of them look really right to me.

My wedding ring was shaped to fit my Bypass diamond solitaire. I think you may need to do something similar here.

UhtredsLatestPaganHussy · 22/04/2022 20:21

Oh DUH, I was looking at the band of the engagement ring. Ignore me.

I like the middle one but I also like the simplicity of the third one.

Not keen on the first.

rc22 · 22/04/2022 20:30

Middle one.

RancidOldHag · 22/04/2022 20:32

I prefer the plain one but the middle one is OK

If you think you might ever want an eternity ring, then your finger might look frozen over if all 3 are sparkly

Turnedacorner · 22/04/2022 20:40

Simplicity of the last one speaks volumes x

indecisi0n · 23/04/2022 09:27

My engagement has space under for a wedding band to slot in underneath so no need to shape one around it as it will still go under. I did try a diamond ring the same width as the engagement but it sort of disappeared into it a bit and the double width looked more like a separate ring which I liked.

I wear a lot of rings everyday, no diamond ones apart from engagement, I don't actually wear my engagement ring all the time as it's so too heavy and has a tendency to spin and catch me when I'm working, so I feel like I want a bit of bling as opposed to totally plain. I'm definitely leaning towards the middle one, we are taking a few days to think about it as we were spending over £3k on the two rings (including my partners) so it definitely needs to be right. If anyone has any other suggestions please hit me with them!

the last one I think. The others all look far too busy.

Housetreecar · 23/04/2022 15:20

Middle one but you need to have it made so that the band and the diamonds are identical to the band on the engagement ring

LoveSpringDaffs · 23/04/2022 15:28

I think our tastes are very different (from your last post) personally I prefer the symbolism of a continuous metal band & no 'fuss' for a wedding band. So I like 3.
