Philips Lumea has been great for me. And I have seen many threads on MN saying the same.

Your best choice would be a series of professional treatments for a considerable and lasting reduction in your body hair. When I was younger, I also tried to substitute salon procedures with home ones. But after graduating from more aesthetics schools, I understood girls should choose quality over saving money. So I suggest you go to a salon and get a highly effective result.
