Is this blazer too bright?

Is it too in your face/bright? I think it might look nice in the summer with jeans and a plain top underneath.

I was expecting to see a neon pink blazer! I wouldn't describe it as bright, just green. Depending on your skin, hair, eyes etc it can work fine. I have an emerald green blazer I love! I don't think blue jeans would go, but black or white would work. The matching green trousers would be kermit, but broken up with other colours, it would like fine.
