How to get rid of redness in skin especially in the nose area? And clear and reduce pore size?

Please I'm so clueless about skincare, I have a fair bit of redness around the nose area and uneven tones of colour all over in general, are there any products I could use to help? Also advice on my clogged awful huge pores would be great ❤️
