Closed toe summer shoes

I have to wear closed toe shoes for work for no other reason than that my boss prefers them (citing health and safety reasons, even though she wears very high heels but hey ho).

Has anyone seen any suitable for summer? I have plantar fasciitis if I wear completely flat shoes and I don’t want a high heel either. Chunky Sandals used to be perfect for me until my boss put a stop to it.

So..closed toe, medium heel, can be a sling back, not too hot and comfortable. It also doesn’t have to be black.

I have these in black and also in gold for work as can’t show toes either

Would salaries work, they come in loads of different heel heights

When you say not completely flat would a small wedge work? Or loafers with a small block heel? If you were allowed to wear open toed shoes what would you be wearing?
