Replacement for Kiehl's BB cream?

Just that really. Kiehl's has discontinued my beloved BB cream and I cannot find the right product to replace it with. Has anybody been successful in finding something similar? I tried a couple other bb creams but nothing feels quite the same. I like the fact that it offered some coverage but is very light and you never look caked in it. Smooth and matte and also includes sunscreen... any tips?

I've not used the Kheils one before, but I love the Clarins BB detox fluid. It's very dark so go a shade lighter than you think. Eg I'm medium white skin normally but I use the lightest 00 shade. I also I use 01 in the summer when tanned.

Anyway perhaps try to get a tester? It feels lovely and smooth applying and is more like a serum than a cakey thing.

They other one that's good, but very VERY light is Trinny London's BFF. Virtually no coverage but makes you look fresher.

Thank you both! I will try and get some samples of clarins and erborian. I have a feeling that if the Trinny one has no coverage it won't be right for me - I tried the By Terry one which sounded amazing but sounds similar, it is light and more about the glow than any sort of coverage and while the consistency was perfect for me, I'd have liked some more coverage.

It's so hard to find the right balance! Or maybe I am just picky. Why do companies discontinue products

Has anyone tried REN's bb cream?

Me too! @Amw1984 I haven't found anything quite as good, disappointingly, but I use the REN bb product now and again. It's similar but a little drier so not ideal for my skin... but it does the job. I am still hoping Khiels will relaunch theirs!

ooh ok thanks I will try the ren, I’ve not tried that and I do like some of their other products. Did you try any eborian? People seem to love it, I only tried one and it was far too thick but I think they do lighter more moisturising ones too

Erborian BB is a full coverage BB (Korean BBs have stayed true to the original BB= blemish balm= full coverage) concept unlike western ones which seem to interpret BB = tinted moisturizer.

I love the Erborian BB, but then I'm not after a tinted moisturizer!

I haven't tried erborian yet, but it seems to be getting so many votes, I might have to!

It's brilliant, seriously. Look at Nadine Baggott's videos, she uses it.
But if you want something like a tinted moisturizer it's not that. The CC might be, but it's too orange for me.

I havnt tried the BB eborian, it was the super bb eborian I tried which for me was too thick, but that is exactly what it’s meant to be so that is good, just not what I was looking for! I’m interested in trying the normal bb and the cc creams though as everyone rates them highly!

I'd say the normal BB is like one of the "staying" foundations but not as "staying" as Doublewear which is perhaps where the "super" lies.

Not a BB cream but this has transformed my skin! It comes out a milky green colour (colour correction) for any redness and makes you look flawless. It's SPF35 too.
