Have seen this in a few places but there wasn't a tester. Anyone had it or used it? What is it like?

I don’t like it, it drags the skin, I prefer something with more slip. I use Cerave healing ointment instead, which I absolutely love.

It’s very, very greasy. If you have v dry skin, it’s great as a layer before bed. I buy it from TK Maxx.

What do you use this for @Feather12 ?

I heard it was like vaseline, or like Eight Hour Cream.

I think, although the same feel as Vaseline, it's made of natural ingredients instead if petroleum jelly. I only heard about it recently but would like to try it

I had it in a beauty advent calendar. I was super excited, but threw it out. It’s the consistency of Vaseline, something that I don’t use. It is incredibly greasy. I tried mixing it but still super greasy. I have a years old 8 hour cream on the go, and it isn’t as good as that.

I bought this on the plane once. Honestly; it didn’t do a thing… I found it really greasy

Branster · 16/04/2022 07:03

It took me 3 years to buy a tub of ghis. I was soooo intrigued snd taken in with all the reviews and eventually I gave in bought it.
Complete waste of money. Snd it's not cheap for what it is.
It does absolutely nothing and it is very greasy, takes ages to absorb.
I had some lovely similar Greek balms (with bees wax and olive oil and no idea what else) which were much cheaper and nowhere near as oily and were great as an all around dry skin repair or general skin care for face and body.
Don't waste your money.

Not what you're asking BUT I use bepanthen nappy cream as an intensive moisturiser and to heal damaged skin.

crochetmonkey74 · 16/04/2022 07:32

Thanks alp, really useful. I don't get on with creams in this texture ,I had 8 hour cream once but passed it onto a friend. Glad I didn't waste my money now!
