I came off the pill in January and since then my skin has been gradually getting worse. At almost 40 I have the skin of a spotty teenager. Face and back are my problems. Does anyone have any cream recommendations that actually work? I remember being prescribed one last time I came off the pill but can't remember what it was now.

Acnecide products work on the face. I dont know if they do a body wash for your back. My face is clear now. Last summer breakouts started and got progressively worse. I thought id give it a try after it worked for dd18s friend.

I had the same - Go to the doctor, they prescribed an ointment called zyneryt, which cleared it right up
