HIFU, microneedling or Profhilo?

Lax, sagging, tired middle 50 something skin. Tret has helped with the texture but it's time for the big guns. My budget could stretch to one of these treatments, but what to go for? If you've had any of these and could offer feedback I'd be so grateful.

Not sure how much these would set you back but I’ve just had Morpheus8 and I’m really pleased with it

£1k for three sessions

Hifu has some v dodgy reviews.
Microneedling won't do anything for lax sagging skin. It's more for texture.
Profhilo is a waste of time. You get a tiny bit of extra hydration for a few weeks and that's it.
Nothing works at 50+ other than a lot of very well done fillers and/or a face lift.

Micro needling encourages collagen production. Perhaps you could invest in a Foreo Bear?

@AuntieJoyce could I ask where you had it and what were your results like? I'm interested in Morpheus8. Thanks!

I had HIFU dual focus and have been really pleased with the results

I totally disagree Profhilo is a fantastic treatment and can last depending on ones gentics/lifestyle and as we age you need to be maintaining your results (I mean you dont get fit and stop going to the gym or your results will dimish) so microneedling/chemical peels/skin boosters etc van give amazing results as for dermal fillers I totally do not recommend (own personal experiences) these are done by inexperienced ppl and can cause alot of damage in the wrong hands they can take many years to actually dissolve and to have them dissolved can ruined your own Hyaluronic acid not to mention you look ridiculous all puffy 😶
