How long did it take for you mams to "bounce back" all I ever hear is how people bounce back easily after their first baby and I'm five months in and I swear my body doesn't look hardly any nicer ... I'm breast feeding and my boobs are just big long and saggy and I'm only 24, they're truly awful looking I would honesty rather have no boobs, I feel miserable when I look in the mirror ... I've always been a size 8 pre pregnancy and I'm just going the other direction..,

I know I've grown my baby for 9 months but it doesn't stop me feeling like my body just looks plain blank ugly in the mirror. Anyone relate? Easter Sad

( I couldn't find an appropriate thread sorry)

I was about 3/4 years! Never really exercised or ate well though. Just got through the first few years! Eventually got a bit more energy and the urge. Stretch marks have faded right down to white and my boobs have definitely got a bit more full and less saggy! Stomach is still a bit jiggly. But flat.!

Don't be too hard on yourself!

I’m 6 months in and while my breasts will never be what they were, I’ve been exercising and I’ve lost weight now. I feel better mentally too. I think it’s really unfair to compare your body to pre pregnancy, it will never be the same again.
