Long lasting natural lip tint or stain? 👄

I always wear lipstick (Brave by Mac) because without it my lips are pale and contribute to me looking like the undead.
I’m moving towards wearing lighter, more “natural” looking make up (tinted moisturiser instead of heavy foundation, for example) and I need a lighter, more subtle replacement for my lipstick. I guess I’m looking for a lip stain or a lip tint? Ideally something I can pat on with fingers, that will leave a decent colour that’s long lasting but still natural. Does such a thing exist?! I’ve tried products like Clinique chubby sticks in the past but they are too glossy and don’t last for long enough.

You don't need a separate product for this. You can apply any lipstick as a stain, and the more pigmented it is the better.
Anything called balm or tint promises but it does not deliver.
It's all in the application, not the lipstick.

I love the bitten lip tint by Victoria Beckham. It's pricey but I wear it all the time so it's worth it! It looks like my lips but better.

I also like some of the matt lipsticks by Glossier - called Generation G.

Dior do a good lip stain. Stays on all day
And I've heard good things about a clarins one too.

Maybelline's 24 hour superstay lasts all day and has some neutral and natural looking shades.
