What do you wear over bell sleeves?

I love a good bell or wider sleeve but I never know what to wear over the top. Jackets seem to squish everything out of shape and a cardigan leaves a bulge.

I'm about to start an office job and I'm shopping for some outfits.

I’d wear a layer under if you needed some warmth, not sure anything really works on top of bell/wide sleeves (also a fan of them here!)

something with kimono style sleeves?
or just reserve for warm days, or toss a summer weight scarf over shoulders.

I would wear a short sleeved jumper or jacket over the top so your still showing off the sleeves. Thermal top under if you need more warmth than that.

Cropped tank top if the shirt is long with wide leg trousers or a longer tank with slim fit trousers.
I've just tried to take a pic of my outfit but failed.... looked odd
I'm wearing a balloon sleeve blouse with a cream tank/skinny jeans.

I would use a wrap or “stole” as we used to call them.
