Does this sound like rosacea?

Red fluid filled spots across cheeks. Seem to be triggered mostly by stress. Can appear in an instant. This has happened for a couple of years, but it has been more severe in the last few months (possibly peri menopause if that has any bearing).

I've tried sudocrem and various other things but nothing helps. I received some bad news this morning, and sure enough my cheeks look awful. I have an appointment this afternoon and have layered loads of Azelaic acid cream on as it's the only thing that calms them.

I might go to the GP but wondered what I need to ask for.

Sounds similar to mine. Soolantra sorted it out, my skin has never been so smooth.

They also used to have the ability to disappear quickly so that made me think they were hives, but antihistamine had no effect. They don't disappear quickly now.

So it does sound like rosacea. Thanks. I'll make an appointment next week.
