Does anything work to tighten under eye bags?

My under eye area is looking a bit baggy and lined. Definitely NOT interested in Botox, fillers etc. I have been using a retinol for a few years (currently on Medik8 6TR) and usually take it up to the eye socket area. Wear SPF every day and sunglasses if remotely bright. Generally get enough sleep and diet is v good

Thinking of trying NIOD FECC, but definitely open to other suggestions so please share. Thanks!

I’m having the best success with the following:
Twice daily lymphatic drainage eye massage with a gua sha
10 mins intensive cardio HIT twice a day (I only did Pilates for years which is too gentle but since adding this in, it’s definitely helped by bags)
Wake eye gel
Avene Physiolift eye cream
Every morning, under eye patches with some weight to them to compress
Superdrug wrinkle filler to cover lines - works really well.

2L water a day
BMI 20-21 max if I go above this, I go baggy/jowly again.

Surgery is the only thing. And you probably have prolapsed fat pads not bags, if they are permanent?
See an oculoplastic surgeon for confirmation
