Changing hair colour

I've been having my mousy brown hair highlighted blonde for 20 years and really fancy a change! Does anyone know if it's possible to go from this kind of blonde to the brown with few highlights in one session?
First pic is my current blonde highlighted colour and second pic what I would like to go for

Absolutely possible. Get on Instagram and check out the work of local hairdressers first though so you know you'll find one who's work you like.
