So its my birthday coming up and i think im going to invest in some Charlotte Tilbury make up BUT before i splash the cash is it really worth it?!

Looking at the airbrush foundation and pillow talk lippy... maybe could stretch to an eye pallet as well.

My skin is Dry and Combination too so would like to know how others have found it to be?

CT sold out her cosmetic range so probably best avoid as the quality will fall off.

@ponks its the satin kiss lipstick in chauffeur

Ponks · 13/04/2022 22:13

Thank you, I'll look out for that!

The chameleon pencils do not budge. I wore one the other day and didn't take my make up off and it was still perfect the next day.

I’ll repurchase the pillow talk lip liner over and over! It’s just the right colour for me and lasts really well. I like the matte revolution lipsticks a lot (especially Bond Girl which I think has been renamed as M I Kiss) but I do prefer Lisa Eldridge’s matte lipsticks now I’ve tried those.

Eyeshadows are also one of their strengths. I have the Starry Eyes to Hypnotise Palette (which I notice is still marked ‘limited edition’ on their site and I purchased it in 2019 Grin hmm.) I use it all the time and plan to get another CT palette once I’ve finished it.
@Buyitinbamboo ooh what is the name of the Revolution dupe for Pillow Talk? I'd like to try it but the CT stuff is so pricey.
This is almost identical to Pillow Talk.

I haven't tried the foundation, but I have been bought the mascara, pillow talk, 2 eye palettes, and the magic cream as gifts over the last year or so.

I haven't liked any of them.

Oh really! That's interesting.

I wish I'd known about the lighter version of Hollywood FF. Agree with a pp that it is heavy and not forgiving of any imperfections or blemishes or dry skin areas (I don't use it much but would definitely avoid if having a bad skin day).

I like my one eye palette from CT but Urban Decay palettes are far superior, in my opinion.
