Please help I have a very sensitive scalp so a lot of shampoos irritate it. The problem is the gentle ones make my hair really greasy.
I've tried the body shop ones. I'm currently using Lee Stratford scalp care. And as soon as my hair is dry it looks like an oil slick. I do condition too but just the ends of my hair but wondering wether to stop conditioning. Thanks

Have you tried faith in nature shampoo’s/conditioners?
They are sulphate and paraben free & they do a sensitive, fragrance free one. www.superdrug.com/Hair/Shampoo/Everyday-Shampoo/Aveeno-Skin-Relief-Soothing-Shampoo/p/692901?gclid=CjwKCAjw6dmSBhBkEiwA_W-EoN6qanNNDBkBraKQdDAVbH7p3y78Xbo27lfR3EpW6vR5j66bn7S1ghoCBaIQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
I don’t find any hint of greasy with those, even if I miss a day washing. If you are only conditioning the ends of your hair that shouldn’t be affecting your scalp.

I saw this recommended the other day on MN but I haven’t tried it.

I have very sensitive scalp and has settled on Child's Farm baby shampoo followed by Tresemme botanique conditioner. I have curly hair so can't manage without conditioner!

I've also used Allergenics shampoo when I've had a flare up. Sometimes spicy food can drive me scalp crazy!

I use the Avenoo one. It doesn't make my hair particularly greasy, I would say it drys it out as I have to use more conditioner than usual.

I wouldn't recommend head and shoulders, it's the MOST irritating shampoo i have ever used, it made my scalp worse and I ended up with a rash on my neck too Shock

I also use T-Gel which I'm fine with, but I would only use this if you have psoriasis or seb dermatitis and are desperate, as it absolutely stinks and can discolour fair hair.

I use child’s farm if my scalp is itchy and I need to use the most gentle thing on it for a few days but I find it does dry my hair out over time. I like it after swimming, weirdly.

Day to day I use Aveeno - I like all the range actually and usually my scalp is irritated by most things. I sometimes use the colour care one but most often the apple-cider vinegar variant which is perfect for my fine straight care

I use Eucerin. I noticed a big difference when I started shampooing my hair twice with it, then regular conditioner once. I do that every other day and it's really helped.
