White shoes? What bag?

I have a wedding soon and have finally settled on this green and white dress. It’s flattering on the tummy and the colour looks great.

I’ve tried on some pinkish nude shoes I have at home and they just don’t look right. Are white shoes still an absolute no no? I remember the days my own mother would say white shoes were for hookers and I can’t seem to get away from that, but the shops are full of white shoes!

I’ve seen a few green bags on Vinted already, but would green be too much?

I should say I need a block heel and nothing too high. I will be wrangling the toddlers all day so need to be comfortable. I’ll have some flats on standby.

White goes really well with green though. Alternatively go for a contrasting colour to dark green. I wouldn't go for matching accessories like bag, that's a bit of a dated look now.

White shoes, tan bag maybe? Or vice versa. Or cerise pink.

Yes, green bag will be too much and I’m not sure a white bag is a good idea. Will have to try some more options on to see what works.
