Alternatives to Ameliorate for Keratosis pilaris?

Ameliorate does work wonders for KP I know but since I needs loads of it daily is there a cheaper alternative? Like eucerin or heel creams?

Mainly needed all over legs and calves :/

I do see those Korean Italy (?) cloths mentioned and would love a link to the right ones.

And of course any alternatives to ameliorate !

I had KP from a child until late 20’s. All over my upper arms and covering my back.
The thing that stopped it completely? Becoming a vegetarian! The KP literally went all on it’s own.
KP is when the body cannot properly break down proteins, it’s thought meats especially. I am proof that it can go but cutting out meat.
