maxi dresses for tall

I am relatively tall at 5'10.

I have really let myself go and put on a load of weight over lockdown despite getting fitter and am probably the fittest I've ever been in my mid 40s.

I've not been back to the office so have been wearing leggings and joggers with black tops for 2 years. I've stopped with make-up and my hair is a disaster.

One of my DC suggested I might feel better if I put on something nice and that might help me make an effort. Sadly all my clothes are an 8/10 and I'm a 12/14 with very chunky legs.

I have bought a number of maxi dresses over the years and went looking for some online. There are the cheap ones from amazon/shein which I would rather not buy. Next appears not to really do their own tall range but stock long tall sally which still seems too middle aged for me. And then there's ASOS which I haven't found anything great on. (Missguided Boohoo New look - all a bit young).

Any ideas where to buy reasonable maxi dresses for daytime wear. I tend to find the boutique type ones I like are too short for me.

Wallis do a tall range if you like their stuff.

Long Tall Sally. Im only 5'7" but I have a really long body and arms and their T-shirts and jumpers are the only ones suitable for my shape.

M&S often do tall in their dresses - I'm 5'9 and they're a good length. You just have to get in quickly as they seem to go out of stock before the standard length.
