Back pain when driving (posting for traffic)

Hi all,

I only passed my test 3 months ago and have a problem with upper back pain when I’m out and about in the car. I have a long drive Friday which I’m dreading.

There are so many different types of pillows it’s tricky to know what will help.

Has anyone here experienced upper back pain and can recommend something that helps ? X

Try moving back of seat to a more upright position. You might be stretching your arms to hold the steering wheel.
Long term get your eyes tested: you may be inadvertently straining forward if your eyesight is not perfect
