Skincare routine for early thirties

What do you recommend or what do you wish you had started then?

I'm early thirties! I struggle to maintain my routine perfectly because of health issues, but basically just cleanser, treatment (varies, but I do niacinamide, Retinol, and some eye creams), moisturiser, sunscreen (if I'm seeing any daylight, often don't because of the health stuff). Sheet masks sometimes for a bit of variety.

I get Botox for migraines and enjoy the aesthetic bonus.

Sometimes I double cleanse if I've been wearing makeup that includes a base.
