I can see why you're asking! If they are then they're a dropped crotch version which COS do a lot of in other fabrics.

Any trousers will be low rise if they don't fit and slide down your hips. Those are horrid.

They're grim aren't they, they just don't seem to fit. It's not what I'd consider low rise no. If they're just basically too big and look like they need hoiking up that's not really low rise. For me low rise is a short gap between the crotch and the button

I would say low crotch as opposed to low rise!

No ! They look mid rise at most . Low is nearer the hips!

They don't look low rise to me. Low rise is what we used to wear in the 90's and finished on or even below the hip bone.
I would say the Cos jeans are Mid rise to high rise.
