Washable sanitary towels

Neither stylish or beautiful but unfortunately necessary. I want to buy washable sanitary towels and there are loads on Amazon but I'm getting bogged down in the choice and in the conflicting reviews.
So I want to buy ones that people have actually used and found to be good and I trust you all on S&B to tell me what's worth buying because these aren't cheap.
Ideally I'd like long, heavy flow, not plasticky on the top but also not ones that feel wet. One of the reviews said to get the fleece topped ones to avoid the wet feel, but what do you all think?
What have you tried that you thought were better than disposable?
Thanks all

I highly recommend Lady Days - i found them locally as they are made in Yorkshire and mine are now two years old but look like new. She does pants as well as pads but the patterns are great. www.ladydaysclothpads.co.uk/?gclid=CjwKCAjw9LSSBhBsEiwAKtf0n3vXA8PlHIahxx9BuK-QqoVqwq24bIrAS3L0SNM1sDizS9S_XKaWHxoCp-QQAvD_BwE

I have horrendous periods so double up 'floating lotus' washable towels (they do extra large ones) and double up with Wuka period pants.

Sadly neither would do the job on their own, but the towels were much more likely to get me through a night without my bed looking like someone had died horribly!!

I bought these in 2019 and they’re still going. So comfortable, don’t feel wet and hold a lot. I have a very heavy flow. The nighttime ones are brilliant.
I rinse them out in the shower or cold water in the sink before putting the in the washing machine.

I read this part so wrong

Can't believe they only just invented period pants a few years ago!! M&S period pants are great, as well as ones by Wuka. They often get recommended here. Seriously worth investing in.

I could have phrased that better Grin

I do like the look of those Amazon ones Siennabear but they are medium and I think I need long heavy duty ones.
