If I were to buy one opalex which one should I get?

My hair needs some tlc - it's getting dry, the ends get tatty between trims, it's lost it's shine and my curl pattern has broken down.

@lemongreentea thank you- I've googled this, it looks like older bottles contain an ingredient that has been linked to cancer, but doctors don't think it's harmful to use up old bottles. I will make sure I get a new one !

Aren't you supposed to use 0 in conjunction with 3 to get the best effect?
