Is this dress suitable for glam city-centre wedding?

Hi

I have bought, tried on and returned lots of dresses. This is the only one i feel is flattering, but pretty. My main concern is that it is navy - is that too dreary for a springtime wedding? It’s at the end of this month

It's lovely. You could always team it with bright pink shoes/bag? Doesn't need it though.

Navy is perfectly fine - you can always add a bright bag and shoes if you want to lift it a bit. Bright pink/coral/orange/etc.
