Can anyone recommend any of the above?

I currently wear foundation but I feel like it just sits in my wrinkles so want something less aging!

Erborian CC cream is lovely, really works on my skin.

Amrapaali · 03/04/2022 18:38

IT Cosmetics CC cream. It was truly a revelation. Has hyaluronic acid and loads of other botanicals. Also SPF50 (maybe won't offer enough coverage but still nice)

Try the 12 ml mini tube to see how you get on.

I came here to say IT Cosmetics CC cream too. I've never had people comment on my skin looking good til I started using it, and I much prefer the texture than normal foundation.

WeddingFavour · 03/04/2022 18:46

Erborian BB cream, the CC cream is nice too but doesn't give enough coverage for me.

Bobbins36 · 03/04/2022 18:48

Quite like the Trinny London De Stress, if I want less coverage I just use the BFF.

winterchills · 03/04/2022 19:19

Ohhhh following as I have been looking too

HemanOrSheRa · 03/04/2022 19:21

I third Eborian BB or CC creams.

Namaste6 · 03/04/2022 19:21

IT cosmetics - wonderful stuff that lasts forever, as you only need a smidgen buffed in with a good quality brush. Lovely texture and finish.

tintodeverano2 · 03/04/2022 19:22

Bareminerals complexion rescue is fab.

Namaste6 · 03/04/2022 19:24

Yes @tintodeverano2 bare minerals complexion rescue is also excellent - I would take that on holiday when I want a lighter finish. It's lovely.

shivermetimbers77 · 03/04/2022 19:25

I like Bareminerals complexion rescue but as it is around £20 I have been searching for something slightly less expensive.. I am really liking the L’Oréal nude plumping tinted serum which Sally Hughes recommended on the Guardian.. you do need a separate spf but it’s great , especially for the price.

Oatsamazing · 03/04/2022 19:27

I'm on a tight budget and like Nivea tinted moisturiser and Aldi BB cream. I've tried some more expensive brands in the past and find these two great quality for the price.

doeadeeer · 03/04/2022 19:35

Erborian CC for me too. Love it.

LittleGwyneth · 03/04/2022 19:57

Sarah Chapman, the absolute best.

lemonyfox · 03/04/2022 19:58

I'd really really really recommend Dr Jart Cicarepair colour correcting cream. It's not a CC cream in truth, but it's a green cream which really evens out your skin tone and doesn't have that awful orangey colour that most BB/CC creams do ( that is, if you're pale like me and always find them too dark). It's perfect for a 'no makeup' look IMO.

bluejelly · 03/04/2022 20:02

Another vote for Erborian. It's the best BB cream I've ever tried.

Freezingtoocold · 03/04/2022 20:42

Erborian cc has green red corrector. It turns the colour of your skin, it’s like magic! I found ordinary foundation sat in the pores in my nose. Skin looked so good now. I’m 47.

Snally82 · 04/04/2022 06:42

IT Cosmetics is lovely but it isn’t a CC cream in the usual sense - CC for them stands for complete converse

Snally82 · 04/04/2022 06:42

Coverage!! Stupid phone!

SirLottie · 04/04/2022 08:46

Another recommendation for erborian bb here! It evens out my skin without looking obvious. My skin is quite prone to shine so the bb cream which has a more matte finish works best for me, you might find the cc cream works better if you want more luminosity. The pick and mix sample selector at feelunique have samples available so you can try them out.

Perfumista · 04/04/2022 09:37

Another one for the Erborian BB or CC creams. I tried a sample of their Super BB cream, but did not like it as much. They also do 15ml tubes, which are nice travel sizes. I also like NARS tinted moisturiser and the Clinique City Block, if I just want to slap SPF on, but cannot be bothered then applying makeup. It has a slight tint that makes you skin lightly more uniform. There is just far too much choice these days, and I easily get seduced by all the products. I have made loads of costly mistakes!

It's £30, but lasts me ages! It has an spf in it too, so no need for another one.
ColouringPencils · 04/04/2022 12:59

What is the difference between BB and CC creams? Thanks!

TeddyTrucks · 04/04/2022 14:11

By Terry tinted moisturiser or Chantecaille Just Skin. Both pricey but I am pale AF and everything else makes me look weird.
