Style my wardrobe for a drizzly week at the coast

I have a week to sort my clothes for a trip to Anglesey next week, and looking at the weather will be dressed in scruffy walking gear for the week. The weather forecast shows will be about 10 degrees, drizzly and windy Grin what would you be buying/packing for drives out for coastal walks and lunches/afternoon drinks in casual pubs?

To add, I’m sorted shoes wise as will take some new trainers (black), walking books (black) and some dressier boots.

A waterproof long jacket ( I've got a sort of parka style one) a hat/beanie type thing that fits tightly so it won't blow off, jumper, jeans, boots, maybe a light fleece/gilet if the jacket isn't warm enough. Sunglasses and gloves and a scarf, small backpack so I can take off layers and stuff them in if I need to.
I think people who do this stuff a lot might wear some sort of techno (?)trousers which dry out quickly.
