Eyebrow Makeup

Talk to me about your eyebrow makeup.
I have pretty good eyebrows that need a bit of filling in and combing. I usually use powder, but I'm thinking of one of those hairstroke pens.
I also use Boy Brow but don't think it's worth the cost. Iconic has a brow set that I'm toying with, but I have strawberry blonde hair, and online colour matching can be tricky.
Would love some recommendations.

I like the benefit gimme brow

Second Benefit. I prefer goofproof pencil. I'd go to a Benefit counter and ask their advice.

Does anybody use the mascara to bush up the brows?

MyBottomDecides · 02/04/2022 20:40

I really don't get this brow thing at all. No-one looks better with heavy frowny brows. I suspect the makeup companies just couldn't bear there being a feature you didn't need to buy a makeup set for so made the whole thing up. The very most anyone needs is a bit of spit on a finger to smooth things into place.

I have strawberry blonde hair and use Nyx precision brow pencil in Taupe. It’s the only makeup product I’ve ever repeatedly bought, and is only £9.

MyBottomDecides Most people I know aren't going for thick, frowny brows.
A nicely shaped, slightly defined set of brows really is a gamechanger, imo. As I get older, I am getting patchy areas, so a good filling in tool is good. Also, my hairs get long and curl, which is where something to fix them comes in 🙂

I’m a strawberry blonde and really like Anastasia Dipbrow in blonde. A little does go a long way. I have ok brows but need a little filling out in the outer edges.

VanCleefArpels · 02/04/2022 21:21

Charlotte Tilbury or Anastasia Beverley Hills

Notwithittoday · 02/04/2022 21:23

I like the morphe definer pencil ( not the micro one). Almond might work with your hair uk.morphe.com/products/definer-brow-pencil-praline

Benefit goof proof pencil and gimme brow.
HD brow glue is great but expensive. Nyx is much cheaper and fine to keep brows in place.
Benefit have got a product out that claims to give amazing natural strokes (brush end) but it's crap and dries out really quickly.

moonbedazzled · 02/04/2022 21:27

Nyx lift and snatch brow pen.

Flowerbedflora · 02/04/2022 21:29

I've used wunderbrow for years and really like it.

Changemaname1 · 02/04/2022 21:29

Not sure op is after thick frowny brows
Eye brows can really make a difference to your overall look and enhance your features , given that they can get thinner as we age nothing wrong with a little help

For a boy brow alternate op you could try e.l.f cosmetics wow brow gel £6 in Superdrug
