Fake tanning legs

Can anyone recommend the best way / best products to fake tan my lower legs? Unfortunately I have pasty white legs with a few visible blue veins thrown in for good measure and I am dreading wearing shorter trousers and skirts now that spring is here. Any recommendations gratefully received. Thank you.

Gradual tan. Build up slowly. Exfoliate first. Plenty of rich moisturiser on knees and ankles first!

St Tropez Self purity tan, its the best one I've found...and I have really pasty legs. It never streaks, goes on easily, you don't need to moisturise or exfoliate. It's amazing

Agree with PP, definitely exfoliate first and make sure you moisturise your knees and ankles before application to prevent tan build-up (and subsequently a patchy tan) - I learned this one the hard way 😁

I second a gradual tan. I use dove. I apply it every second day from march/April. It gives a lovely glow and doesn't look fake

Thank you all for your tips and advice, it gives me hope that maybe my legs can be unveiled this year 😂
When exfoliating can any exfoliator be used? I was bought a Rituals exfoliator for Mother’s Day that may do the trick.

Agree use a gradual tan. With exfoliation and moisturiser first. I like the Tropic gradual tan. Its not orange and doesnt smell of fake tan biscuits like a lot do!!
You can build it up every few days to suit and then just top up as needed.

And yes any exfoliator will do. I use a facial one and scrub it hard as thats what is usually in the shower!!
