M&S deliveries taking….

one week!!!

Had popped loads of things in my basket, went to check out and both deliver and collect in store would take one week!
Absolutely ridiculous! If John Lewis can manage next day, why can’t they even manage in the next two or three?

Surely, they must lose a lot of custom by not having their deliveries figured out.

Anybody else found the same?

I think they give longer time-frames but often deliver sooner. Nor helpful if you need to know when it might arrive though.

Order done last night and delivery at shop tomorrow at noon.
